Ambassador Terms

These Ambassador Terms govern the MOEV Ambassador Program (the "Program") operated by Dominion Apex Labs LLC ("MOEV," "we" or "us"). They supplement the MOEV Terms of Service, which also apply. A person who shares a MOEV referral link is an "Ambassador." By sharing your link, you agree to these Ambassador Terms. The Program, and cash commissions in particular, are available only when and to the extent MOEV enables them.

1. Referral links

Each MOEV account may have a personal referral link (moev.app/a/yourcode). A person who opens your link and creates a MOEV account within 30 days becomes a "Referred User." Only the first link a person opens counts, and attribution does not change once made. A person whose MOEV account is more than 30 days old, or who has already paid for MOEV, cannot become a Referred User. If a person opens more than one link, the first link opened on that device within the last 30 days counts.

Before the Program opens. Links work and Referred Users are recorded before commissions are switched on. When commissions are switched on, purchases by your Referred Users made on or after November 6, 2026 are counted under these Terms as if commissions had been on when they were made. Purchases before November 6, 2026 do not earn commissions. MOEV does not promise a date for the Program to open.

2. Commissions

When a Referred User makes a purchase, you earn a percentage of the Net Revenue from that purchase for 12 months after the Referred User's first purchase. Your rate depends on how many of your Referred Users have paid for MOEV, counted at the time of the purchase:

• Snapshot: 25%, beginning with your first paying Referred User;
• Developer: 30%, once 25 of your Referred Users have paid;
• Director: 35%, once 100 have paid;
• Producer: 40%, once 500 have paid;
• Studio: 45%, once 2,500 have paid; and
• Legend: 50%, once 10,000 have paid.

Lifetime rate. After a Referred User's 12-month period ends, you continue to earn on their purchases, for as long as MOEV runs the Program, at the lifetime rate for your level: 5% at Director, 10% at Producer, 15% at Studio and 20% at Legend (Snapshot and Developer have no lifetime rate). The lifetime rate applies only while you are active, meaning at least one new Referred User made their first purchase in the 90 days before the purchase.

Only your own referrals. You earn only on purchases by people who joined through your own link. You never earn on purchases by people your Referred Users bring in, and you are never paid for sign-ups, for recruiting other Ambassadors or for your own purchases. Joining the program is free and never requires a purchase.

Launch Boost. Purchases dated on or before December 31, 2026 (Central time) earn at least 35% for every Ambassador. Ambassadors at a higher level keep their higher rate.

Founding Creators. MOEV may invite up to 100 creators to be Founding Creators. A Founding Creator earns 50% of Net Revenue for each Referred User's first 12 months and 20% after that while active, as described above, and keeps these rates for as long as MOEV runs the Program and they remain in good standing. "Lifetime" and "locked" in these Terms and on the Ambassador page mean for the life of the Program, not a promise that the Program will run forever; Section 9 applies to Founding Creators too. MOEV may agree to other terms with individual partners in writing.

"Net Revenue" means the amount MOEV actually receives for a purchase after the fees of Apple, Google or a payment processor, sales and other taxes, and any refund or chargeback. Free trials do not earn commissions. Total commissions on any single purchase will not exceed 50% of its Net Revenue. Amounts are rounded down to the cent.

Earnings. Examples and calculators on the Ambassador page are math based on these rates, not a prediction or a promise of earnings. Most Ambassadors earn a small amount. What you earn depends on who joins, what they buy and how long they stay.

No commission is payable until MOEV enables cash commissions. MOEV may, in its discretion, credit qualifying purchases made before that date.

3. Payment

• Each commission is held for 30 days and then becomes payable.
• Payable balances of $25 or more are paid monthly. Smaller balances carry forward.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed. A reversal of a commission already paid is deducted from future earnings.
• Before your first payout, you must set up payment details with the payout provider MOEV designates (such as Stripe or PayPal) and provide tax information (Form W-9). No payout is made until both are complete; your balance waits for you. Your bank details and taxpayer identification number are held by the payout provider, not stored by MOEV. MOEV may report payments to the IRS as required by law, including on Form 1099. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• Payments are made in U.S. dollars from MOEV's own funds. Commissions are amounts MOEV owes you for referrals; MOEV does not hold money on your behalf or for anyone else.
• If a payable balance waits more than 12 months because payout or tax details are missing, MOEV will remind you by email. Balances that remain unclaimed are handled as required by applicable unclaimed property laws.

4. Eligibility

Cash commissions are available only to Ambassadors 18 or older who live in the United States and have a valid U.S. taxpayer identification number (or, for a business or school, its employer identification number). Users under 18 may share a link and receive the non-cash rewards in Section 5, but never cash, then or later. Cash commissions are held until an account has a date of birth on file.

5. Non-cash rewards

• When 3 people join through your link with an email account, you receive one free 1-Hour Develop credit, usable once 1-Hour Develop is available.
• When 10 people join through your link with an email account, you receive one free month of a MOEV plan, claimed in the MOEV app once it is available.

Each reward is provided once per account and has no cash value.

Level perks. MOEV also plans perks for each level, such as free plan time, 1-Hour Develop credits, MOEV merchandise and event invitations, as listed on the Ambassador page. Perks have no cash value, are provided as they become available, and may change; a change never affects commissions already earned.

Partner Teams and venue links. MOEV may give a partner, under a separate written agreement, links for individual venues such as bars, restaurants, wedding venues, concert venues, stadiums, festivals and events. A person who joins through a venue link is the partner's Referred User. For the partner's agreed term, the commission on that person's purchases is split between the partner and the venue's MOEV account at the rates in the agreement, and together never exceeds 50% of Net Revenue. A venue without a MOEV account is paid by the partner, not by MOEV. Commissions for a school, university or other organization are paid to the organization, never to an employee personally. Neither the partner nor the venue earns on purchases by people that the partner's or the venue's Referred Users bring in.

6. Disclosure

Federal Trade Commission rules require you to disclose when you may earn from a recommendation. Whenever you share your link or post about MOEV, state clearly and conspicuously that you are a MOEV Ambassador and may earn from purchases (for example, "#MOEVambassador, I earn from this link"). The disclosure must be easy to see and not hidden among hashtags or behind a "more" link. Make only truthful statements about MOEV that reflect your own experience.

7. Prohibited practices

You may not:

• use your own link, or create additional accounts, to earn commissions on your own purchases (MOEV reviews for matching accounts, devices and purchase records and may hold or cancel such commissions);
• pay or offer anything of value to induce people to sign up or purchase through your link;
• send spam, purchase advertising using the MOEV name, impersonate MOEV, or make false or misleading statements about MOEV's prices, features or earnings; or
• represent that anyone will earn money from MOEV.

If you violate these Ambassador Terms, MOEV may hold, reverse or cancel commissions and remove you from the Program.

8. Leaderboards

Leaderboards show your MOEV display name and how many people joined and paid through your link in the current month. If you add a city, you also appear on that city's board. They never show amounts earned and never include users under 18. You may hide yourself from leaderboards on your Ambassador page.

Monthly prizes. MOEV may award prizes to top Ambassadors on a leaderboard. Each prize is announced on the Ambassador page with its own official rules (eligibility, dates, how winners are chosen and the prize value) before it starts. Taking part is free and never requires a purchase. Prizes have no cash alternative unless the rules say so, may be taxable, and may require tax information before they are delivered. Prize contests are void where prohibited.

9. Changes and termination

MOEV may change these Ambassador Terms, the rates or the rewards, or end the Program. Changes apply to purchases made after they are posted; we will update the date above and notify you on your Ambassador page. Commissions earned before a change remain subject to the terms in effect when they were earned. MOEV will give at least 30 days' notice on your Ambassador page and by email before ending the Program or lowering a rate, including a lifetime or Founding Creator rate. You may stop participating at any time. If the Program ends or you leave in good standing, MOEV will pay any payable balance of $25 or more that was earned in compliance with these Ambassador Terms.

10. General

You are an independent participant and not an employee, agent or partner of MOEV, and you may not make commitments on MOEV's behalf. MOEV may transfer these Ambassador Terms, and its rights and obligations under them, to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or reorganization; you may not transfer your participation or commissions without MOEV's written consent. These Ambassador Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and disputes relating to them are resolved as provided in Sections 23 and 24 of the Terms of Service, including the agreement to arbitrate. Also October 25, 2026: Partner Teams and venue links; cash commissions limited to U.S. residents with a taxpayer identification number; payouts through a designated payout provider once tax details are complete, from MOEV's own funds; unclaimed balances; rules for monthly prizes.

Changes in this version (October 25, 2026). Six levels from Snapshot (25%) to Legend (50%) replace Starter, Pro and Elite. Director and above earn a lifetime rate after 12 months while active. The second level is removed: you earn only on people you bring yourself. The Launch Boost is 35%. Founding Creators are added. Purchases from November 6, 2026 count once commissions open (section 1). "Lifetime" means for the life of the Program, with 30 days' notice before the Program ends or a rate goes down, and these Terms may pass to a buyer of MOEV.

Changes in the October 24, 2026 version. These terms were reorganized with numbered sections. They now state that the Program and cash commissions apply only once enabled, note that partner terms may differ, and align dispute resolution with the Terms of Service. Rates, holds and payout thresholds are unchanged.
